Do I need to move any furniture?

No, I will move the furniture as I go and put it back on foil coasters for minimal disruption.

How long will it take to dry?

If your carpets are dirty and need deep cleaning don't expect them to be dry within 2 hours.

But don't worry you can walk on them straight away with shoe covers that I can provide.

I use the Ashbys ninja fast dry system, this has been the industry leading carpet cleaning machine for many years now both in cleaning performance and drying time.

Avoid dry carpet cleaning like the plague. Its like putting your clothes in the washing machine and not turning it on! Its lovely and dry for a reason.

A realistic drying time for an averagely soiled carpet is between 4 and 8 hours, any company that tells you it will be dry within 2 hours is not telling the truth.

A way of cutting drying times down is to have your carpets cleaned regularly.

Is it a deep clean?

Absolutely, I use the latest high pressure high temperature machine. Beware of companies offering bronze silver and gold cleaning packages, this is a rubbish because there can only be one standard and that is clean!

Will you definitely be able to get my stain out? 

There are many variables when it comes to stain removal. it depends what it is, how long it has been there, if you've 'had a go' at it with any shop bought products etc. The truth is I don't know, but I have very product onboard to give it the best chance and I believe that if I can't remove it then nobody can.

I use the most up to date hot water extraction machine. its not a rug doctor or a vax! its the best professional carpet cleaning machine.
